The application allows citizens to access six services on their mobile devices:

1. Register Online Complaints
2. Know the Status of Registered Complaints
3. Know the Status of the FIRs of interest
4. Know the Status of the CSR (Community Service Register)
5. Know the Status of Vehicles
6. Access Details of Arrested Persons

Citizens have the convenience of remotely running the application from any location, at any time, utilizing an Android mobile device with network connectivity (data/wi-fi). The mobile application facilitates online complaint registration and provides real-time updates on registered complaints by furnishing necessary information. Furthermore, users can monitor the status of FIRs and CSRs through this mobile app, which integrates with the CCTNS Back end system. Additionally, citizens can verify if a vehicle has been reported stolen or linked to any criminal activities.
